Continues to serve in the medical field from frontline to Administrative. She is a Registered Nurse. Currently serving as a House Supervisor in Nursing Administration or Emergency Room travel contracts in many Hospitals across the US. She has served in the medical field for over 29 years and has a heart to work in rural Hospitals that have more limited resources; though she has worked in larger Hospitals as well. She has served in a variety of roles and has held over 20 certifications from basic requirements to specialized areas such as Instructor Certifications and Trauma Nurse Specialist.
Karon Smedley is an executive leader and media founder whose work bridges enterprise strategy, broadcast media, and Kingdom purpose. She also leads a local CWIMA Connect Group in Phoenix, AZ that helps connect and equip Christian communicators, creators, and leaders. As Co-Founder of IBTV Faith Network, she helps lead a global faith-based streaming television platform available across Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, and digital platforms. With more than 200 broadcast programs produced, Karon brings hands-on experience shaping faith-based content from concept to
execution. With senior executive experience in a $14 billion global enterprise, Karon has led international strategy, managed a $90+ million portfolio, and helped build
growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Today, Karon brings executive strategy into Christian media, storytelling, and
