Suellen Roberts is known as one of our nation's prominent Christian leaders. Award-winning film and television producer. Her passion is to influence culturethrough media in a positive way. Suellen has spent 3 decades in communications. She has a broad range of experience and expertise as a veteran television producer, host, and executive producer of three syndicated TV shows for women, including Women of Faith, a TV station general manager, and a network's seniorvice president. God used her to establish Christian Women in Media Association(2002), Heart of Mercy Mission (2019), and 3 JOY Films (2019).
She shares her message of Christian influence through media as a founder and global director by speaking, writing, and using social media. Suellen is published and has a new book coming out soon. She resides in Texas with her husband, Stan Burke.
Noemi X. Oliver is an author, psychologist, Certified Life Coach, podcaster, media strategist, and President of Christian Women in Media Association (CWIMA). She is passionate about helping women discover their purpose, strengthen their voice, and expand their influence through faith, personal development, marketing, and social media.
She is the author of several books, including Mirror Mirror Off the Wall, Command Your Legacy: The Power of Proper Planning, and Wealth Strategy Workbook: Building the Way God Intended.
As co-host of The Secret Place Podcast, Noemi shares conversations on emotional healing, spiritual growth, biblical truth, and purposeful living. Through her writing, coaching, marketing expertise, and digital media leadership, she equips women to communicate with clarity, build meaningful connections, and steward their God-given influence with excellence.

Michelle Shields is the wife of Pastor Tim Shields, Co-Founder with God of Christian Media Association and CONTENT Christian Media Conference, where Michelle works in many operational aspects, is the Design Producer of the Honor Awards, and the Director of the Literary Awards. She is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, and Amen Brain Health Licensed Trainer. She and Tim also partnered to create the Faith, Fear and Your Promised Land Bible study that features videos produced onsite here at Capernaum Studios.
Michelle is the founder of One Degree Today, where she helps believers and ministry leaders make the one degree shifts that change everything — in who they are in Christ and how they lead.
For more than 20 years, as a leader in many different ministries, Michelle has been guiding Christians through the kind of deep, identity-level transformation that changes not just how they feel but how they function — in their faith, their relationships, their calling, and their organizations.
