Jayme holds expertise in events, music business, and media. Her experience spans music publishing and licensing, film and music production, songwriting, content creation and strategy, talent development, large event planning, and work in politics. She enjoys championing people and projects to their next levels through relationship, creativity, and strategy. She has worked as a founder in several start-ups creating the Linger Conference, founding The WorshipInitiative, and growing an active music publishing management firm. She serves on several boards and is often sought as a consultant for projects and ministries. Her company, Five Talents Entertainment, sources and provides services in media. Jayme founded Five Talents Fund, a non-profit serving people and projects in the arts. Jayme and her husband Chris have two daughters and live in Flower Mound, Texas.
Tina Wanamaker - Women's ministry leader for Friends Church International. This role includes forming a women's ministry and facilitating that within the international community of Friends. This has included writing a monthly Dear Sisters letter to encourage the body of believers, hosting a weekly prayer call, communicating with the women, meeting with them as there is opportunity, and being present for their needs. The author of four books and a contributor for Guideposts devotional books.
Susan Beyer is a Nashville-based playwright, author, singer, and
former TV host whose multifaceted media career spans music, broadcasting, and publishing. After years touring with her own country music show and performing with “Whispering” Bill Anderson, including appearances on the Grand Ole Opry and national television, a spiritual turning point in 1984 led her into Christian media.
She went on to host and produce over 1,300 interviews on WHTN-TV39 and later worked with GSF Media. A member and former regional director of CWIMA, Susan co-wrote Ten Boom the Musical, inspired by Corrie ten Boom’s story, and continues promoting its message nationwide. She and her husband, Philip, run a business software company in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Maggie Kavanaugh is a passionate leader, media host, and founder of Moving Forward Ministries, a
nonprofit she co-leads with her husband, focused on marriage and family. Holding a Master’s in Organizational Leadership with Biblical Counseling, Maggie champions the “Be Godfident” movement and annual conference, equipping the next generation through faith-based education and empowerment.
As executive producer of Godfident Next Gen and host of the award-winning Keys to Your Best Life, Maggie uses media to amplify voices in the body of Christ. She also co-founded Liberty Through Christ and Your Marriage Toolbox to strengthen Christ-centered marriages. Living on her homestead at Restoration Ridge, Maggie models a holistic, purpose-driven life rooted in faith.
