Lidia Campbell is a content creator, illustrator, editor, and business administrator. She oversees both Refreshing Times Counseling Center and Matters of the Heart with Wendy, supporting their growth and outreach through her leadership and creativity. She is currently pursuing her second master’s degree in Clinical Neuroscience at Parker University, building on her MBA with a focus in practice management.
In addition, Lidia is the co-host of a podcast with her mother, Mrs. Wendy Torres-Huddleston, BCBC, where together they share biblical encouragement, counseling insights, and resources to strengthen families.
Deeply motivated by her faith, Lidia views her work as a way to glorify Christ while helping families navigate life’s challenges. Whether through podcasting, professional communications, or organizational leadership, she is committed to supporting healing, creativity, and growth.
