
Karynthia Glasper Phillips is an ordained minister and licensed primary care practitioner with more than twenty years of bi-vocational leadership in healthcare and ministry. An award-winning author, conference speaker, adjunct professor, and entrepreneur, she is a graduate of Fisk University (BA), Trevecca Nazarene University (MSM-PA), Central Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv), and United Theological Seminary (DMin).
Passionate about whole-person wellness—spirit, mind, and body—Phillips equips leaders to embrace intentional self-care, contemplation, and balanced living. She is the Founder and CEO of Echoes of Hope, Inc., a nonprofit addressing breast cancer disparities, and leads Beyond Boundary Consulting, a coaching and mentoring resource for women in leadership.
A prolific author and contributor to multiple collaborative and award-winning works, she writes and speaks extensively on self-care, boundaries, and sustainable leadership. Phillips and her husband reside in Nashville, Tennessee, and are the proud parents of three adult children and grandparents of two.
