training, mentoring, and ministering to venues of all sizes. Because of her belief in the power of "intentional prayer," along with discovering victory through

real life experiences, she empowers others how to discover inner strength and develop an effective prayer life. Sharon has a background as a corporate

executive to include a Fortune 500 company, and has trained thousands of men and women, nationally. She now uses her expertise in full time ministry. In

2007, Sharon founded a ministry to speak about OnCall Prayer across the country. Sharon is often referred to as The Prayer Coach. She is the author of

the OnCall Prayer Journal, The Power of Three-How a Protective Shield of Intentional Prayer Can Transform Your Life and Co-Author of a children’s book

Gary Oliver is the founding pastor of Encounter Church in Fort Worth, TX, and a respected leader with over 25 years of pastoral ministry. A former gospel recording artist and renowned worship leader, he helped pioneer the modern praise and worship movement with songs like "Celebrate, Jesus, Celebrate", which gained international acclaim.

Beginning his ministry at the age of four, Bishop Oliver led choirs and worship teams across the nation and toured globally throughout the 1990s, ministering to millions by international television with Trinity Broadcasting Network. He has served in key ministries as worship leadership in cities such as San Antonio, Tulsa, Nashville, and Atlanta before founding Encounter Church in 2000.

Today, he pastors alongside his wife, Dr. Noemi X. Oliver, continues to sing, write, and speak, and remains active in community outreach through several non-profit efforts. His ministry blends passionate worship, sound biblical teaching, and a deep heart for God’s people.
