Wanda Annette Fuster is a speaker, author, seasoned economist and educator with an extensive background in economics, business administration, and mercantile law. With over two decades of experience in the financial services and insurance industries, she has held leadership roles including Second Vice President at a brokerage bank in Puerto Rico and Manager at a subsidiary of SSS Insurance Company. She currently serves as the Client Services Manager at a staffing firm, bringing strategic insight and a client-focused mindset to her work.
An academic at heart, Annette teaches economics at both college and university levels in Texas and Puerto Rico. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as a biostatistician for the Municipal Government of San Juan, analyzing public health data to support vital decision-making. Herpassion for public communication led her to television appearances onDallas-based secular channels, where she provided economic analysis, as well asa long-running religious radio broadcast with her husband.
Annette is the author of two books: a Spanish-languageguide to financial literacy and an English-language work exploring politicalideology and statesmanship during turbulent times. She is also a proud memberof the Puerto Rico State Guard, serving as a Human Resources clerk andcontributing as a chaplain in various capacities.
Anchored by deep faith, Annette is married to a devoted laypastor, and together they have two children and four grandchildren. Outside ofher professional and spiritual commitments, she has an adventurousside—nurturing a love for flying airplanes. Her life is a vibrant tapestry ofleadership, service, scholarship, and devotion, rooted in her unwavering lovefor the Lord Jesus Christ.
