Nicole Estelle Roman is a transformational coach, marketing strategist, speaker, author, preacher, teacher, and community advocate whose work sits at the intersection of media, marketing, faith, leadership, and service. With more than 25 years of experience, Nicole began her career in television production before moving into advertising, where she developed a diverse career in corporate and nonprofit cause related marketing, client relations, strategic partnerships, new business development, event management, sponsorships, and consulting.
Her experiences across business, media, ministry, and community engagement have shaped a unique ability to connect people, purpose, and opportunity. Nicole brings a strategic mind and a servant’s heart to her work, helping individuals, organizations, and brands tell meaningful stories, strengthen relationships, amplify their message, and turn purpose into action.
She is the founder of DSI Legacy Group, a purpose driven company focused on consulting, advocacy, media, publishing, and community impact. In November 2026, DSI will launch Soulfully Nourished, a new Christian lifestyle media venture created to nourish the mind, body, and spirit while reflecting the beauty and diversity of the Body of Christ.
Nicole is the author of How My Faith Brought Me Through and Leaning on Faith: A Guided Grief Workbook from Heartbreak to Healing. As a transformational coach and speaker, she helps people navigate grief, life transitions, personal growth, leadership, and purpose, encouraging them to trust God and move forward with renewed faith.
A servant leader and Elder at Life Changers FWCC, Nicole oversees discipleship, teaches, and preaches the Word of God.
