
Clarissa L. Kenty is an award-winning media executive, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, author, licensed minister, leadership strategist, international speaker and trainer, broadcaster, coach, and community advocate whose life’s work has centered on empowering people, developing leaders, amplifying voices, and creating a legacy of transformation.
With more than three decades of experience spanning television, radio, communications, public relations, leadership development, professional training, entrepreneurship, ministry, coaching, and community engagement, Clarissa has cultivated a distinctive career at the intersection of media, ministry, business, education, leadership, empowerment, and service.
A graduate of Miles College, Clarissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with concentrations in Broadcast and Public Relations. She is also an FCC-licensed announcer and has built an extensive career in television, radio, broadcasting, production, public relations, marketing, and communications.
Her ability to connect with people both in front of and behind the camera has allowed her to serve as a host, interviewer, producer, emcee, speaker, media professional, trainer, and communications strategist. Whether behind a microphone, on camera, producing a program, developing a brand, facilitating a training session, or standing before an audience, Clarissa understands the power of communication to change narratives, connect communities, develop people, and give deserving voices a platform.

Clarissa Kenty is a distinguished media and communications professional whose broadcasting career began at the age of 17. Her early success in radio led to opportunities in voiceover, on-air broadcasting, and ultimately hosting Synergy, a television talk show recognized throughout South Carolina’s Upstate.
A pageant titleholder, Miles College graduate, accomplished broadcaster, and communications leader, Clarissa has built a lasting presence in media while evolving with the digital landscape. Through her own media studio and continued work in broadcasting, she leverages her expertise, voice, and vision to connect audiences, amplify meaningful messages, and create lasting impact.

Award-winning author, publisher, and global influencer. An ordained minister, international speaker, and sports marketing consultant, she oversees impactful projects in Brussels, Paris, Sierra Leone, DRC, Yeleswhram, India, and Israel. She serves as Co-Pastor and Global Ministries Director at Word of Faith Global Ministries with her husband and is dedicated to empowering women of faith in Alabama and worldwide.

Alejandra Lewis was born and raised in Mexico and holds dual citizenship Mexican/American. She pursued a degree in arts and furthered her studies in Paris, France, where she completed her specialty. After returning to Mexico, she transitioned into finance, marketing, and sales, building a successful career over more than 10 years with companies like BMW Financial Services and BNP Paribas. It was during this time that she met her husband, an Alabama native, and later moved to the U.S. after they married.
She spent a decade in Texas as a business owner, party planner, and dedicated volunteer with various organizations. In 2021, her family relocated to Birmingham to be closer to loved ones. She and her husband have two children and are active members of Church of the Highlands, serving on the Dream Team.
Alejandra has a deep passion for pro-life ministry and a strong faith in the Lord. She walks closely with the Holy Spirit and strives to follow where God leads her, dedicating her life to serving others.
