I am a mission-driven leader with 20+ years of experience transforming operations for greater Kingdom impact. From rebuilding broken systems to scaling global ministries, I specialize in aligning vision with strategy to achieve measurable results.
Currently, as Vice President of Ministry Operations &Communications at Inspiration Ministries, I oversee global media, digital initiatives (including SEO and online growth strategies), integrated communications, and our International Prayer Center. I also led the launch of the Spiritual Growth Hub, equipping believers worldwide with on-demand,Bible-based courses.
Previously, I helped transform Inspiration TV from a struggling operation into one of the world’s top Christian television networks, reaching more than 200 countries and territories with the message of JesusChrist. Through the Global Media Training Institute (GMTI), I have also trained leaders and media teams in various countries to effectively use media to reach people in their regions and around the world with the Gospel.
