Cynthia “CeCe” O’Neal – TeenMental Health Evangelist is the Founder of Christ Connect 360 (a for-profit focused on adolescent mental health programming from a Christian perspective, including the Healthy Minds Project and the CC360 mobile App for teenagers), and The Christ Laboratory Talk Show (a podcast for teens that will launch on June 29, 2025). CeCe has worked in the information technology and marketing space for over 20 years, including serving as a consultant for some of the most respected companies in the world, including: ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, Halliburton, Cisco Technology, and Verizon. Her educational background includes: (1) Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, (2) Certified Youth Life Coach from the Youth Coaching Institute, (3) Certified Quality Improvement Associate from the American Society for Quality, (4) Youth Trauma Care Practitioner through the Karyn Purvis Institute for Child Development at Texas Christian University, and(5) a Master of Arts in Counseling & Life Coaching (9 hours to complete),from Liberty University. Cece will also complete a Certification in Strategic Healthcare Leadership from Cornell University in the Fall of 2025.
CeCe lives her life under the direction of the Holy Spirit, and she has a passion for seeing teenagers thrive as they become Warriors for Christ.
