Christian Women In Media Connect Groups Will Meet November 21st
Media Professionals Gather for Networking and Informative Training

October 29, 2019  – Dallas, TX – Don’t miss the next CWIMA Connect event! On November 21, 2019 media professionals from across the country will meet at the quarterly CWIMA Connect groups where they will make lifelong connections and receive valuable Media Training. The Connect meetings are conducted in a casual atmosphere and open to any woman who is active in social media, television, radio, print media, film, the internet, publishing, music, the arts or entertainment.

The CWIMA Connect sites are located in nineteen major cities in the United States and the world. Cities and Connection Leaders include: Dallas – Tracey Mitchell; Nashville – Sue McGray; New York City – Chris Luppo; Los Angeles – Tammy Cooper; Minneapolis – Pam Lanhart; Baton Rouge – Bethany Bilbo Rasmussen; New Orleans – Beverly Bilbo; Lake Charles – Cathy Banks; Monroe – Susan Mead; Atlanta – Destiny Yarbrough; Savannah – Larinda King; Hot Springs – Kandi Rose; Houston – Misty Phillip; Charlotte – Vanelle Hogan; Spokane – JD Dewitt, and Richmond – Beverly Claiborne. CWIMA also meets internationally in London where the leader is Silvano Griffith-Francis, Frankfurt is led by Hanna Fett and Jonida Kumaraku heads up Tirana.

One of CWIMA’s newest Connect Group Leaders is Charlotte’s Vanelle Hogan. Hogan is an award-winning Director/Producer/Actor with almost two decades of film and television experience. She is currently employed at Inspiration TV where she produces promotional spots and original children’s content for the network. Hogan is responsible for the conceptualization of the network’s first “Spokescharacter”, Gracie Bee, who teaches children about Jesus and His love for them. The Charlotte Connect Group gathers at Media Comm, 9700 Southern Pine Blvd. in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 

The new leader in Minneapolis is Pam Lanhart. Lanhart is the director of a ministry program designed to help families who are affected by addiction. She is also the author of Praying Our Loved One Home, a speaker, coach and blogger. The Minneapolis Connect Group meets at Davanni’s on 5124 Gus Young Lane in Edina, Minnesota.

 

 

In 2019-2020, the CWIMA Connect Events will meet on the same day throughout the world. Meeting dates are September 19, November 21, January 16 and March 19. “Our Connect Groups are making a difference in the lives of media professionals worldwide,” said Christian Women in Media Founder, Suellen Roberts. “I hope all of my media friends will choose to attend on November 21st.”
